SEPUTAR PROPERTI/Lombok – Sebuah kehormatan bagi keluarga besar Asosiasi Pengembang dan Perumahan Seluruh Indonesia (APERSI), khususnya DPD Apersi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) yang baru dilantik pada Jum’at sore (1/07/2022).
Pelantikan pengurus Dewan Pengurus Daerah Apersi NTB periode 2022 – 2026 yang diadakan di Aston Inn Mataram dihadiri langsung oleh Gubernur NTB Zulkieflimansyah.

Selain dihadiri oleh anggota Apersi NTB, acara ini juga dihadiri oleh Ketua Umum Apersi Junaidi Abdillah dan pengurus DPD Apersi lainnya dan perwakilan beberapa DPD Apersi dari beberapa provinsi lainnya.
Bang Zul sapaan akrab Gubernur menegaskan bahwa dirinya atas nama pemerintah provinsi NTB mengucapkan apresiasi dan selamat kepada pengurus DPD Apersi NTB yang telah dilantik.

“Mudah-mudahan, mampu menghadirkan kebutuhan rumah yang merupakan kebutuhan primer bagi masyarakat, sehingga kebutuhan masyaraakat menjadi terpenuhi, ” imbuh Bang Zul.
Selain itu dalam sambutannya, Bang Zul melihat para pengembang atau developer kadang-kadang merasa dekat satu meja, tetapi hati dan perasaannya jauh.
Menurutnya, asosiasi itu bukan untuk berkompetisi, berorganisasi dalam asosiasi adalah kerendahan hati untuk duduk bersama untuk mencapai kesuksesan bersama.

“Jika ada yang sukses kita juga sukses dan kita harus senang bersama-sama. Bukan sebaliknya merasa iri hati, dengki, hasad dan akhirnya kita tidak dapatkan apa-apa dalam berorganisasi,” tandasnya.
Untuk itu bang Zul berharap dan mengajak untuk sering-sering bertemu dan bersama-sama untuk sukses, sehingga menghasilkan kesuksesan bagi yang lainnya dan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat.
