SEPUTAR PROPERTI/Palembang – Pj Walikota Ratu Dewa mengapresiasi peran DPD Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) yang sudah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan di Kota Palembang.
Diketahui Real Estat Indonesia (REI) merupakan sebuah organisasi persatuan perusahaan-perusahaan Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang properti/pengembang perumahan. Apresiasi itu diungkapkan Ratu Dewa dalam acara Halal Bi Halal bersama Pengurus DPD REI Sumsel yang berlangsung di Ballroom II Hotel Aryaduta Palembang, Rabu (17/4/202).

Pj Walikota Ratu Dewa mengucapkan syukur karena kehadiran dan peran REI yang begitu dirasakan oleh masyarakat, termasuk dengan membantu Pemkot Palembang dalam pemasangan lampu jalan.
“Alhamdulillah syukur keberadaan REI Sumsel memberikan warna yang luar biasa, kami tau persis bagaimana REI membantu pembangunan di Kota Palembang. REI juga hadir membantu dalam pemasangan lampu jalan baru, juga membantu Pemkot Palembang di setiap titik-titik tertentu,” ujar Ratu Dewa.

Menurut Ratu Dewa, karena pembangunan yang telah dilakukan itulah sehingga membuat ekonomi di Kota Palembang semakin menggeliat dengan positif. “Sehingga cukup terasa dibantu oleh REI, begitu juga dengan pengendalian inflasi yang terpelihara cukup baik. Semua ini juga berkat para pimpinan dari perbankan,” tegasnya.
Pj Walikota menyebutkan bahwa program strategis Palembang cukup banyak sehingga dirinya tak bisa bekerja sendiri, tentunya butuh bantuan berbagai pihak. “Pendidikan, kesehatan, perekonomian, infratruktur dan inverstasi yang masuk ke kota Palembang,” imbuhnya.

Sementara itu, Ketua DPD REI Sumsel Zewwy Salim menuturkan bahwa acara HBH ini merupakan agenda silaturahmi tahunan antara pengurus REI bersama pemerintah kota maupun provinsi.
“REI Sumsel sampai hari ini memiliki prestasi lumayan bagus dengan 400 anggota yang tersebar di 17 kabupaten kota, suatu kebanggaan bagi kami REI Sumsel menuliskan tinta emas bagi pembanguna Sumsel, tahun 2023 anggota sudah membangun 14 ribu lebih rumah MBR (masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah) dan komersil. Perekonomian di Sumsel kgususnya Palembang terus meningkat dan kondusif,” tutupnya.
