Grand Bukit Dago Tawarkan Rumah dengan Konsep High Ceiling Setinggi 6 Meter

SEPUTAR PROPERTI – Duta Putra Land meluncurkan produk baru di proyek Grand Bukit Dago yaitu Klaster Centennial. Grand Bukit Dago dengan luas 150 hektar telah dikembangkan Duta Putra Land cukup lama, sehingga seluruh infrastuktur dan fasilitas yang ada di dalam proyek ini telah terbentuk sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari para penghuni.

Ali Sordarsono Direktur Duta Putra Land menyatakan di dalam area Grand Bukit Dago sudah dilengkapi dengan jalan boulevard dengan lebar 13 meter, kawasan komersial, waterpark dan pool, 3 hektar danau tematik, Central Park seluas 7 hektar dengan fasilitas taman bermain anak, jogging track, area basket, outdoor gym, dan amphitheater.

Ali Soedarsono menambakan, saat ini kebutuhan hunian di kawasan Serpong, Tangerang Selatan mengalami peningkatan kebutuhan hunian yang besar dan based on kebutuhan tersebut dan dari analisa perkembangan akses dan infrastruktur yang prospektif, kami memutuskan saat ini adalah saat yang tepat untuk meluncurkan Klaster Centennial at Grand Bukit Dago.

Klaster Centennial adalah klaster terbaru yang memiliki kelebihan dari produk sebelumnya, seperti lokasinya yang terdepan dan berada di Jalan Boulevard utama Grand Bukit Dago. Di dalam kawasan Klaster Centennial juga akan dilengkapi dengan 11 taman tematik yang terbagi menjadi 3 section yaitu West Garden, Central Garden, dan East Garden.

“Di taman ini bisa melaukkan aktivitas seperti taman bermain anak, outdoor gym, area yoga, taman reflexiology, BBQ Pavillion, area piknik, dan plaza air mancur,” jelas Ali melalui keterangan pers (24/03/2023).

Sementara dari sisi unit rumah yang ditawarkan di Klaster Centennial adalah dari sisi façade bangunan yang mengusung konsep modern minimalist dengan tagline Hunian 1 Lantai Rasa 2 Lantai dengan fitur utama High Ceiling 6 meter dan High Window untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan sikulasi udara dan pencahayaan yang baik bagi para penghuni.

Selain itu secara perencaan tata ruang, unit di Klaster Centennial didesain secara rinci, efektif, dan efisien. Selain itu, unit di Klaster Centennial dilengkapi fitur Smart Door Lock dan Canopy yang sudah disediakan untuk para penghuni.

Klaster Centennial ini memiliki tinggi bangunan dari lantai ke plafon titik paling tinggi di 6 meter jadi para penghuni dapat merasakan memiliki hunian 1 lantai namun serasa 2 lantai.

“Di klaster Centennial ini terdiri dari 3 tipe 1 lantai dan 2 lantai, namun untuk saat ini yang kami pasarkan hanya 1 tipe saja dengan harga perdana 800 jutaan dan cicilan KPR mulai dari 1,5 juta per bulan fixed selama 2 tahun,” jelas  Ali.

Ali menambakan, selain itu kami juga memberikan promo special kepada konsumen yaitu cukup bayar 5 juta sudah bisa memiliki rumah all in, DP 0%, subsidi biaya KPR, free BPHTB, dan free AJB. Dari seluruh program marketing yang kami berikan ke konsumen, kami harap produk kami dapat diminati oleh konsumen dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan primer hunian bagi masyarakat.

Lokasi Grand Bukit Dago sangat strategis  dan dapat diakses 10 menit dari tol Serpong, 10 menit dari Stasiun KRL Rawa Buntu, dan dapat diakses juga dari Toll JORR TB Simatupang. Selain tiu di sekitar proyek ini sudah banyak terbangun fasilitas seperti rumah sakit, pusat pendidikan, pusat entertainment dan lifestyle yang dapat memenuhi kebutuuhan warga Grand Bukit Dago.
