SEPUTARPROPERTI – PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland; DILD) sukses menyelesaikan tahapan konstruksi apartemen South Quarter Residence (SQ Res), yang berlokasi di Jakarta Selatan.
Tahapan ini ditandai melalui prosesi penutupan atap atau topping off tower apartemen oleh direksi Intiland beserta perwakilan pihak kontraktor dan konsultan pada Sabtu (18/6) dilokasi proyek yang berada di kawasan Lebak Bulus.
Permadi Indra Yoga, Direktur Pengembangan Bisnis Intiland menjelaskan pelaksanaan topping off menjadi tahapan penting dalam proses pembangunan apartemen SQ Res. Perseroan untuk selanjutnya memasuki tahapan penyelesaian fasad bangunan, mekanikal dan elektrikal, serta pekerjaan interior.
“Kami senang, pembangunan SQ Res berjalan lancar meskipun di tengah situasi sulit akibat pandemi Covid 19. Kami selalu berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan tepat waktu dan berusaha memenuhi harapan para pembeli,” imbuhnya.
Pelaksanaan topping off menjadi momentum penting untuk mendorong kembali minat beli calon konsumen yang sempat turun selama masa pandemi Covid 19. Perseroan mencermati pasar properti sudah berangsur-angsur membaik tahun ini seiring dengan pulihnya minat beli dan investasi properti masyarakat.
Kundarso, Pimpinan Proyek SQ Res menjelaskan salah satu faktor sukses dalam proses pembangunan SQ Res adalah adanya kesamaan komitmen dengan kontraktor, konsultan, dan seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pembangunan kontruksi.
“Saat ini, pembangunan tower D sudah masuk tahap penyelesaian fasad bangunan dan interior. Kami proyeksikan serah terima unit ke konsumen bisa dilakukan mulai triwulan kedua tahun depan,” kata Kundarso.
Pengembangan Kawasan Terpadu Berkelanjutan
Apartemen SQ Res merupakan salah satu portofolio pengembangan terbaru Intiland di segmen mixed-use & high rise. Mulai dikembangkan tahun 2019, pembangunan SQ Rés meliputi dua tower setinggi 23 lantai yang menempati lahan seluas 1,3 hektare.
SQ Res merupakan pengembangan tahap II dari kawasan perkantoran terpadu South Quarter seluas 7,1 hektare yang akan bisa terus berkembang mencapai lebih dari 13 hektare.
Pengembangan South Quarter tahap pertama, meliputi pengembangan tiga tower perkantoran dan SQ Dome sebagai fasilitas ritel pendukung yang dibangun di lahan seluas 4,4 hektar. Mengusung konsep pengembangan berkelanjutan.
South Quarter dikembangkan dengan menggunakan standar terukur dari GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia) dan Sertifikasi EDGE yang dikembangkan oleh IFC (International Finance Corporation). SQ Res dirancang oleh Tom Wright arsitek ternama dunia dari firma arsitek WKK Architect di London Inggris.
