Angka ini melampaui target sekaligus mencerminkan pertumbuhan sebesar 2% dibandingkan dengan realisasi prapenjualan tahun 2023 sebesar Rp9,50 triliun.
Direktur PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), Hermawan Wijaya mengatakan, kami selalu berkomitmen menjaga pertumbuhan prapenjualan dengan terus melanjutkan lokasi pengembangan proyek yang tersebar di sejumlah kota besar di Indonesia yaitu Jabodetabek, Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, dan Balikpapan.
“Situasi ekonomi yang semakin kondusif dan tingginya perhatian pemerintah terhadap sektor perumahan menjadi salah satu katalis pertumbuhan industri properti. Merujuk dari hasil kinerja perusahaan, kami sangat optimistis bahwa tahun ini industri properti akan terus meningkat,” jelas Hermawan.

Dari total prapenjualan 2024, segmen residensial memberikan kontribusi terbesar sebesar Rp5,40 triliun atau 56% dari total prapenjualan. Melihat optimisme sektor properti di tahun 2025, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) menargetkan prapenjualan sebesar Rp10 triliun pada 2025.
Untuk memenuhi target penjualan tersebut, Sinar Mas Land telah menyiapkan sejumlah strategi guna mendorong masyarakat berinvestasi dan membeli properti.
Deputy Group CEO Strategic Development & Assets Sinar Mas Land, Herry Hendarta menyampaikan, ekspansi bisnis merupakan kunci bagi Sinar Mas Land dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar yang terus berkembang.
