SEPUTAR PROPERTI/Surabaya – Kawasan perumahan terpadu di Surabaya Timur Amesta Living memulai pembangunan Community Center. Ditandai dengan pelaksanaan groundbreaking oleh jajaran manajemen PT Graha Abdael Sukses (GAS) pada Sabtu, (28/09).
Community Center ini menempati lahan seluas 9000 meter persegi dan pembangun fasilitas ini menjadi bagian dari pengembangan tahap II Amesta Living.Direktur Utama PT Graha Abdael Sukses (GAS) Hans Wibisono menjelaskan penyediaan community center bertujuan untuk menyatukan para penghuni serta menciptakan wadah bagi komunitas warga Amesta Living untuk saling berkolaborasi.
Hans menambahkan penyediaan fasilitas ini memiliki urgensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan produktivitas para penghuninya di tengah dinamika gaya hidup masyarakat modern.
“Kami ingin menyediakan ruang kolaborasi bagi warga. Community center hadir sebagai wadah bagi warga untuk berinteraksi dan berkolaborasi sehingga menciptakan sebuah ekosistem di mana warga bisa terkoneksi dan mendapatkan banyak manfaat, seperti mengembangkan home business, sarana edukasi, meningkatkan well-being, hingga kehidupan sosial,” kata Hans Wibisono usai acara peresmian pembangunan community center.
Amesta Living merupakan pengembangan kawasan mixed-use terpadu yang dikembangkan oleh PT GAS, perusahaan hasil kolaborasi antara PT Intiland Development Tbk (Intiland;DILD) bersama PT Abdael Nusa.
Berlokasi strategis di Nol Outer East Ring Road (OERR) Surabaya Timur, Amesta Living rencananya akan dikembangkan di atas lahan seluas 60 hektare dengan menyediakan beragam kebutuhan properti mulai dari rumah tapak, apartemen, ritel, SOHO, perkantoran, hingga lifestyle mall.
Pembangunan community center merupakan manifestasi komitmen untuk menghadirkan kawasan hunian berwawasan lingkungan yang memenuhi kebutuhan untuk tinggal, bekerja, beraktifitas, dan bersosialisasi dengan baik.
Para penghuni Amesta Living bukan hanya mendapatkan unit rumah yang ditinggali, melainkan juga seluruh fasilitas dan gaya hidup yang ada di dalamnya, termasuk community center.
Community center diproyeksikan akan beroperasi di akhir semester pertama tahun 2025. Berbagai fasilitas tersedia, mulai dari jogging track, gym dan kolam renang, ruang pameran, taman bermain, area komersial, hingga meeting point area.
Ketersediaan fasilitas ini menjadi solusi jawaban atas berbagai kebutuhan aktivitas warga yang tidak dapat diakomodasi di dalam rumah. karena di community center warga dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas dengan tetap merasa seperti di rumah.
“Di sini bisa olahraga, rekreasi bersama keluarga, hingga meeting bersama kolega. Semuanya untuk menyatukan para penghuni dan merekatkan komunitas yang ada di Amesta Living,” kata Hans Wibisono.
