SEPUTAR PROPERTI/Jakarta – Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) melalui mencatat capaian Program Sejuta Rumah Tahun 2023 mencapai 1.217.794 unit. Capaian yang berasal dari kontribusi Kementerian PUPR seperti Direktorat Jenderal perumahan (DJP) dan Direktorat Jenderal Pembiayaan Infrastruktur (DJPI), Kementerian/ Lembaga (K/L) lain, Pemerintah daerah, pengembang rumah bersubsidi dan rumah komersial dan masyarakat tersebut meliputi 1.010.142 unit untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) dan 207.652 unit non MBR.
Direktur Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto mengatakan, Program Sejuta Rumah (PSR) merupakan gerakan percepatan dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah dengan para pelaku pembangunan perumahan dalam menyediakan hunian yang layak bagi masyarakat.
“Kami, Kementerian PUPR ingin masyarakat Indonesia bisa menempati hunian yang layak huni dan merasakan hasil pembangunan bidang infrastruktur dan perumahan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah,” imbuh Iwan Suprijanto di Jakarta, Kamis (25/1/2024).
Iwan menambahkan, Program Sejuta Rumah merupakan program pro rakyat yang telah dicanangkan oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) sejak tanggal 29 April 2015 lalu di Jawa Tengah. Hingga saat ini berdasarkan data yang dimiliki Kementerian PUPR, capaian Program Sejuta Rumah dari tahun 2015 hingga 2022 telah mencapai angka 7.988.585 unit.
“Target capaian PSR Tahun 2023 dihitung berdasarkan capaian PSR tiga tahun ke belakang dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia triwulan IV tahun 2022 lalu. Kami berharap capaiannya terus meningkat setiap tahunnya seiring dengan meningkatnya perekonomian Indonesia,” terangnya.
Sementara itu, Direktur Rumah Umum dan Komersial Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, Fitrah Nur menjelaskan, berdasarkan data Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, total capaian Program Sejuta Rumah Tahun 2023 mencapai 1.217.794 unit.
Capaian tersebut terdiri dari kontribusi Kementerian PUPR (DJP dan DJPI) sebesar 396.943 unit, K/L lain sebesar 45.505 unit, Pemerintah daerah sebesar 94.586 unit, Pengembang subsidi non FLPP sebesar 435.946 unit, corporate social responsibility (CSR) perumahan 7.500 unit, masyarakat 29.662 unit. Sedangkan rumah untuk non MBR berasal dari pengembang komersial sebesar 155.464 unit, dan masyarakat sebesar 52.188 unit.
Terkait dengan upaya strategi percepatan pendataan PSR tahun 2023, imbuh Fitrah Nur, pihaknya telah melaksanakan beberapa hal diantaranya mengembangkan sistem pendataan PSR online yang dapat diinput oleh pemerintah daerah dan Balai Pelaksana Penyediaan Perumahan (BP2P), melakukan integrasi pendataan PSR dengan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kumpulan Pengembang (Sikumbang) dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bangunan Gedung (SIMBG).
Fitrah Nur menambahkan, kami yakin PSR merupakan salah satu kunci untuk penanganan kekurangan kebutuhan atau backlog perumahan di Indonesia. Dari hasil Susenas tahun 2023 lalu backlog kepemilikan rumah mengalami penurunan dari 12,75 juta menjadi 9,9 juta unit.
“Sedangkan persentase dan jumlah rumah tangga yang tidak memiliki akses terhadap hunian yang layak juga mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2020 sebesar 29,4 juta menjadi 26,9 juta rumah tangga. Kami juga akan terus mendorong program kolaborasi dengan para pemangku kepentingan bidang perumahan dan kepedulian sosial dari pihak swasta di bidang perumahan agar masyarakat bisa tinggal di rumah yang layak huni,” harapnya.
