SEPUTAR PROPERTI/Jakarta – Forum Wartawan Perumahan Rakyat (FORWAPERA) menggelar Turnamen Futsal Property Cup XIV 2022 di Lapangan Futsal Gudang Seng, Kalimalang, Jakarta Timur, Sabtu (27/8/2022). Hadir saat pembukaan antara lain Deputi Komisioner Bidang Pengerahan Dana BP Tapera Eko Ariantoro, Ketua Umum DPP REI Paulus Totok Lusida, Sekjen DPP Apersi Daniel Djumali dan Wakil Ketua Umum Koordinator DPP REI Hari Ganie.
Saat pembukaan Deputi Komisioner Bidang Pengerahan Dana BP Tapera Eko Ariantoro mengatakan, Turnamen Futsal Property Cup merupakan acara yang luar biasa karena sudah diselenggarakan 14 kali, dan banyak sekali manfaat yang bisa didapat sehingga harus terus didukung. BP Tapera memberi apresiasi kepada kegiatan ini.
‘Kita bersama-sama terus berjuang mengatasi masalah kebutuhan perumahan. Untuk itu seluruh person stake holder properti harus sehat, salah satunya dengan kegiatan seperti ini. Seperti istilah bahasa latin men sana in corpore sano, di dalam tubuh yang sehat terdapat jiwa yang kuat,” ujar Eko.
Sementara Ketua Umum DPP REI Paulus Totok Lusida mengatakan semoga Turnamen Futsal Property Cup XIV 2022 membuat keakraban, persatuan dan kesatuan stakeholder properti semakin meningkat untuk menghadapi tantangan sehingga industri properti semakin maju dan memberi manfaat bagi banyak pihak.
Hal yang sama dikatakan Sekjen Apersi Daniel Djumali, semoga Forwapera dan mitranya semakin kompak lagi sehingga industri properti kembali bangkit dan maju.
Ketua Forwapera Imam Mudzakir mengatakan, seharusnya Turnamen Futsal Property Cup sudah tahun ke-16. Lantaran pandemi Covid-19, selama dua tahun tidak bisa diselenggarakan. “Meski dua tahun ini terhenti akibat pandemi, tetapi Alhamdulillah secara jumlah, sponsor yang mendukung Turnamen Property Cup bertambah.
Tahun ini ada 28 sponsor dari berbagai instansi baik Pemerintah/Kementerian PUPR, BUMN, Asosiasi Pengembang/REI&Apersi, perusahaan pengembang properti, perbankan dan perusahaan penunjang properti. Kami menyampaikan terima kasih banyak atas segala support yang diberikan untuk terus mendukung kegiatan Forwapera,” ujar Imam.
Lebih lanjut Imam mengatakan, Turnamen Futsal Property Cup diadakan bukan sekadar event olahraga saja, tetapi lebih jauh dimaksudkan untuk misi mempererat silaturahmi antar stakeholder properti sehingga lebih kompak lagi dalam menyelenggarakan program penyediaan properti khususnya perumahan. Apalagi masih dalam suasana Hari Perumahan Nasional (Hapernas).
Dari 12 tim futsal yang berlaga di Turnamen Futsal Property Cup XIV 2022, tampil sebagai Juara 1 adalah tim futsal dari Bank BTN 1 yang berhak mendapatkan piala Menteri PUPR dan hadiah uang tunai sebesar Rp15 juta. Juara 2 diraih tim futsal Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) yang berhak mendapatkan piala REI dan uang tunai sebesar Rp10 juta.
Juara 3 diraih tim futsal Bank BTN 2 yang berhak mendapatkan piala BTN dan uang tunai sebesar Rp7 juta dan Juara 4 diraih tim futsal Bank DKI yang mendapatkan uang tunai sebesar Rp2 juta. Sementara Top Scorer diraih An Ardiansyah dari Bank BTN dengan 13 gol dan mendapatkan uang tunai sebesar Rp1 juta.
